Delivery Policy in Stockholm

We try to deliver between 18:00 to 23:00 for the orders placed before 15:00 on Week days. Orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered in the next delivery slot. Saturday same day delivery for the orders placed before 14:00. Otherwise, orders will be delivered in the next delivery slot. We don't have delivery on Sunday. You can choose your desired delivery slot either by messaging us on Whatsapp or writting in a message in" message to seller " box before placing order at the final step. Some time, due to unavoidable Circumstances , we may not possible to deliver as mentioned above. In this case, we will inform in advance. Note: Goods will be delivered at the nearest car parking in case of collective delivery.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Account Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their account at any given point of time without prior indication. There is no obligation for the customers to be associated with our company and can cancel their account at any given point of time. If you wish to terminate your account with us, please send an email to info@asiankart.se .se. We would cancel your account and let you know at the earliest. Please remember that if we disable your account, you will not be able to log in to our website anymore. If you want to enable your account, please request the same on the mail.



Order Cancellation :

• You can cancel an order before the start of delivery on the date of Delivery (i.e before 18:00 pm on weekdays) by contacting us info@asiankart.se or Whatsapp +46723263977/+763409555and confirm the cancellation.
• It's not possible to cancel after the delivery.
• Customer has the right to cancel the order at any given point of time before delivery without giving a reason.
• No charge applicable for cancelling the order before delivery.



Change in Order:

You can Change or modify the order, once it's placed online before the start of delivery, Please call us or whatapp us on +46 723263977 for any modification.



Return Policy:

If you do not want a product you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products should be in as it is condition when you received, so we can either exchange product ,deduct amount from bill or return amount to your account in case you already paid. But it is not possible to return fresh products (vegetabels, milk etc) as well as frozen products after delivered. Please contact our Whatsapp number to arrange for pickup of product.



Order and Payment Policy

Ordering:

Ordering at asiankart.se is very simple and involves only few simple following steps: you need to login or signup to order. Signup is very easy and one step.



Finding the products :

Products are categorised and available for purchase by categories and subcategries (Rice, Flours, Tea & Beverages, etc.) from the top dropdown menu. You can also search a product directly by using the search box on the top of the page either product name or brand name. Once you find the product of your choice, click at product then selecta product package size and desired number of quantity before adding them in the shopping cart.



Shopping Cart:

You can access your shopping cart by clicking "View Cart" link on the top right side and can change the quantity of the articles. At this point, you proceed to checkout.



Checking out:

As soon as you click check-out button, you are brought into a secure environment. You will notice that that the url is already "https" and a padlock icon appears next to the "https". You can fill in your billing details and delivery details and then proceed to place your order with us by clicking the "Place order" button.



Payment:

You can pay for your order on asiankart.se using the following modes of payment:
1. Cash-on-Delivery
2. Swish
What is Cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay cash for your order at the time of delivery to our delivery team.
